2. Refund Eligibility by Purchase Type

Our refund eligibility varies by the type of purchase made:

3. Class Cancellations by Quarshron

If we need to cancel a class:

We will provide at least 24 hours notice when possible
You will receive a full refund or credit for the cancelled class
When appropriate, we will offer a make-up class option

4. Technical Issues

If you experience significant technical issues during a live class that prevent participation:

Report the issue to our support team during or immediately after class
We will offer a class credit or partial refund after reviewing the circumstances
We cannot provide refunds for minor technical issues or those related to your own equipment/connection

6. How to Request a Refund

Navigate to "My Classes" or "Purchase History"
Select the class or purchase in question
Click the "Request Refund" button
Fill out the brief form explaining your request

Approved refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's policies.
